R. Cheston Woolard, CPA, MBA

After receiving his bachelor's degree in accounting from Waynesburg College in 1973, Chet spent eight years in the audit department of a regional Philadelphia CPA firm. He earned his master's degree in taxation from LaSalle University in 1985. One of the founding partners of the firm, Chet is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants. Currently, he serves on the Board of Alliance Bank and is the chairman of the West Whiteland Municipal Services Commission.

Susan S. Krajnik, CPA

Susan S. Krajnik, CPA, earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1977. After graduation, she joined a local accounting firm as a staff accountant. In 1984, Susan and R. Cheston Woolard established the present firm. Active in community affairs, she served as treasurer for the local United Fund for several years. Susan is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Albert A. Masciangelo, Jr., CPA

Albert A. Masciangelo, Jr., CPA, received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Drexel University in 1980. He spent three years with a regional Philadelphia CPA firm in the accounting and auditing department and one year with a Philadelphia banking institution in the commercial lending department. Al joined the firm of Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in 1984 and became a partner in 1993. Al is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Insolvency Accountants and the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Florida.

Stephen J. Cavanagh, CPA

Stephen J. Cavanagh, CPA, earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Millersville University in May 1985. He joined Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in October 1986, and became a partner in 2007. Steve is the firm's A&A Partner as well as it's Designated Partner for Government Audit Quality and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Steve is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Patricia A. Burns, CPA, CSEP

Patricia A. Burns, CPA, CSEP received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Delaware in 1975. She received a certificate in accounting from Immaculata College in 1986. Pat joined the firm of Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in 1987 and became a partner in 2007. Pat recently received certification in estate planning from the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education, LLC. Pat is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Professional Staff

John E. Davey, CPA

John E. Davey, CPA, is a 1982 graduate of Temple University and Maxwell Institute. After graduation, John joined a local computer consulting company and in 1984 joined the firm of Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP. His responsibilities include oversight of the firm's computer systems as well as aiding clients with computer related issues. John is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Ken Kang, CPA, CMA

Ken Kang, CPA, CMA received his master's degree in accounting from Long Island University in June 1990. He has been working in public accounting firms since 1993 and earned his Certified Management Accountant license in 1994. He joined Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in December 2010. He also teaches accounting and QuickBooks courses at a community college in New Jersey.

Frank Loughry, CPA

Frank received his bachelor's degree in accounting from West Chester University in May 2007. He joined Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in August 2007, and works as both an auditor and tax professional. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

H. Kenneth Laurence

Ken received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Valparaiso University in 1975. After graduation he owned and operated a furniture company in Philadelphia for fifteen years and operated a landscape construction company for ten years. He came to Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in 2002 and is in the accounting department.

Karin Joerger

Karin earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1987. She spent eleven years working in corporate accounting in the San Diego area. Six of those years were spent working for a publicly traded biotech company. Karin joined Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in 2006.

Yvonne Bartlett

Yvonne received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1994. Prior to joining Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in December 2010, Yvonne worked at regional accounting firms in the Midwest. She works in the auditing and accounting area.

Nataliya Johns

Nataliya received her Associate's degree in accounting from Ministry of Statistics Accounting College in 1996. Nataliya joined Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in September 2004. A Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Nataliya instructs and advises clients regarding this popular software.

Janet Marchetti

Janet received her bachelor's degree in business management in 1980 from Southern New Hampshire University. Janet worked 20 years in private industry as a Controller, Food and Beverage Cost Controller, and Credit Manager prior to joining Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in February 2007. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and assists our small business clientele.

Megan E. Natale

Megan earned her bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2001. Megan served as the accounting manager for an insurance company for 6 years prior to joining Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP in 2009. She is actively pursuing becoming a CPA.

Michael A. Krajnik, CPA

Michael graduated magna cum laude from Lebanon Valley College in May 2009 where his major was accounting. He was awarded , among other honors, a three-year PICPA scholarship in May of 2006 and various student athlete awards for golf. Michael worked for Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP part-time while attending college and joined the staff full-time upon graduation. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Bette L. Wenger

Bette assists the partners with administrative duties as well as fulfilling the responsibilities of the firm's bookkeeper. In addition, she applies her wealth of manual and computer (Peachtree) bookkeeping experience to aid clients with their record keeping.
