Partners

R. Cheston Woolard, CPA, MBA

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Waynesburg University in 1973, Chet spent eight years in the audit department of a regional Philadelphia CPA firm. He earned his Master’s degree in Taxation from LaSalle University in 1985.  One of the founding partners of the Firm, Chet is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants.  Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Presence Bank. Before relocating, Chet was very involved in West Whiteland Township. Chet is based out of our Exton office.

Susan S. Krajnik, CPA

Susan S. Krajnik, CPA, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1977. After graduation, she joined a local accounting firm as a staff accountant.  One of the founding partners of the Firm, Susan is active in community affairs and had previously served as treasurer for the local United Fund for several years. She provides tax and accounting services for all forms of business. She also works with individuals for tax planning and preparation. Susan is the Firm’s Managing Partner and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Susan is based out of our Lansdale office.

Albert A. Masciangelo, Jr., CPA

Al is a Partner within Woolard, Krajnik, Masciangelo, LLP’s tax, accounting and auditing practice.  Since beginning Al’s career, his focus has been on closely held companies, as well as the owners’ individual tax needs.  Al is a 1980 graduate of Drexel University. Al takes pride in assisting clients with the accounting and tax issues they encounter. Active in non-profit affairs, Al spent 10 years as a Board member for a local non-profit organization helping children with autism. Al is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and the Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed to practice both in Pennsylvania and Florida. Al is based out of our Exton office.

Stephen J. Cavanagh, CPA

Stephen J. Cavanagh, CPA, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Millersville University in May 1985. He joined the Firm in October 1986, and became a partner in 2007. Steve is the Firm’s A&A and Quality Control Partner. Steve was a peer reviewer under the AICPA program for 15 years and conducted system reviews throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. Steve has provided audit services to both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Steve works with small businesses and individuals throughout the year on a multitude of tax and accounting matters. Steve has served on the Finance Committee of a local non-profit. Steve is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Steve is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Steve is based out of our Oxford office.

John E. Davey, CPA

John E. Davey, CPA, is a 1982 graduate of Temple University and The Maxwell Institute. After graduation, John joined a local computer consulting company and in 1984 joined the Firm, becoming a partner in 2013. His responsibilities include oversight of the Firm’s technology and data security as well as aiding clients with tax and accounting issues.  John is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. John is based out of our Lansdale office.

Frank Loughry, CPA

Frank received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from West Chester University in May 2007.  He joined the Firm in August 2007, becoming partner in 2017.  Frank works as both the Firm Audit Manager and Tax Professional for small businesses spanning several industries, and high net worth individual clients.  He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. His philosophy is to engage with business owners and individuals throughout the year to provide tax planning and consultative services in real time, and utilize current technologies to achieve this goal.  Frank has expertise in QuickBooks and actively works with clients to add value to their companies and improve operating efficiencies. Frank also specialized in providing services to non-profit organizations.  He completed a non-profit certificate program offered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2017, and assists organizations in a variety of capacities, including, auditing, 990 preparation, consulting, and volunteering.  He currently serves on the audit committee of a local non-profit. Frank is based out of our Exton office.

Michael A. Krajnik, CPA

Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College in May 2009.  He worked for the Firm part-time while attending college and joined the staff full-time upon graduation. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is in our tax and accounting departments. Michael is based out of our Lansdale office.

 

 

 

Professional Staff

Megan E. Natale, CPA

Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2001. Megan served as the accounting manager for an insurance company for 6 years prior to joining the Firm in 2009.  She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Megan is in our tax and accounting departments. Megan is based out of our Exton office.

Jim Bui, CPA

Jim graduated from Temple University in December 2019 earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Management Information Systems. He jointed the firm part-time in October 2019 while attending his last semester of college and began full-time in January 2020. Jim works in our tax and accounting departments and performs bookkeeping services. Jim is based out of our Lansdale office.

Carlos Disman (inactive)

Carlos received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Villanova University in May of 1986. He previously performed audit and accounting work for a CPA firm and Native American Tribe in Upstate New York. Carlos is in our audit and accounting departments. Carlos is based out of our Exton office.

Marianne Plucienik (inactive)

Marianne graduated from Temple University in 1983 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She received an MBA from West Chester University in 1994. Marianne has worked in Public Accounting, for a Not-for-Profit and the corporate tax department of a pharmacentical company. Marianne will be based in the Exton office.

H. Kenneth Laurence

Ken received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Valparaiso University in 1975. After graduation he owned and operated a furniture company in Philadelphia for fifteen years and operated a landscape construction company for ten years. He came to the Firm in 2002 and is in the tax and accounting departments. Ken is based out of our Exton office.

Nataliya Johns

Nataliya received her Associate’s degree in Accounting from Ministry of Statistics Accounting College, Ukraine in 1996. In 2001, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance majoring in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Kherson State Technical University, Ukraine. She joined the Firm in September 2004. A Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Nataliya instructs and advises clients regarding this popular software as well as working in the tax and accounting departments. In addition, Nataliya is qualified as a FreshBooks Certified Accountant. Nataliya is based out of our Lansdale office.

Rebecca F Conner

Becky has been involved in the accounting and bookkeeping industry for nearly 30 years, beginning in 1986, while employed by her father, James W. Fite, an established Public Accountant in Oxford, PA. In October of 2010, she joined the Firm as an administrative assistant. She has since obtained various certifications as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor which allows her to provide support to the many users of this software. Becky is in the tax and accounting departments and performs bookkeeping services for various clients. Becky is based out of our Oxford office.

Cheryl Mattern

Cheryl graduated in 1997 on the dean’s list from Widener University as an Accounting major with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While pursuing her degree, she worked full-time in mortgage servicing for a local financial institution, working her way up to a quality control director. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, she spent several years with a local CPA firm preparing personal income tax returns. Cheryl is in our tax department. Cheryl is based out of our Oxford office.

James Yunker

Jim received his Master of Science in Accounting from Wilmington University in 2018 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University in 1997. Jim has worked at a global investment servicing provider for the past 20+ years where he has held various positions in mutual fund and alternative investment accounting. He has also been preparing personal tax returns for a number of years and is experienced in bookkeeping for small business. Jim joined the firm in 2021 as a seasonal tax preparer and is based out of our Oxford office.

Debra Hyatt

Debbi received her Associated degree in Applied Science with a major in Accounting from LCCC in 2018. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and is a member of Kappa Beta Delta. She has over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Debbi is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Debbi is based out of our Exton office.

Basanti Tamang

Basanti earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Temple University in 2019. She has years of experience in bookkeeping, human resources and tax preparation services. She assists the partners with administrative duties as well as fulfilling the responsibilities of the Firm’s Bookkeeper. Basanti is based out of our Lansdale office.

Bryanne Clark

Bryanne received her bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. She is based out of our Exton office and works primarily as a bookkeeper. Bryanne also assists in a variety of other areas such as payroll and general administration. In her spare time, Bryanne enjoys barrel racing and caring for her horses.
